December 1, 2009 – The Shoals Area Association of REALTORS, publishers of http://www.searchtheshoals.com/ and providers of support and services for approximately 400 real estate professionals in Northwest Alabama, have renewed their LIST-IT Agreement for MLS Services through December 2014. The Muscle Shoals LIST-IT system was originally published by Solid Earth in January 2007 and included a private REALTOR portal as well as the public portal at http://www.searchtheshoals.com/. At the time of renewal, the LIST-IT system in the Shoals Area featured over 2000 properties for sale worth over $347,000,000.
